An excellent 3 part series on leadership. I have read multiple books on leadership, but typically find most to be filled with witty little catch phrases leaving you at the end wondering what was actually said. These short reads have excellent illustrations with real-time applications. Great instructional reading for anyone, in any position.

Some have questioned as to why I would include this controversial book in my 'picks' for reading. My purpose is not to present this as an actual representation of the triune Godhead; rather, I am challenging readers to actual think of the personage of the Trinity as opposed to 'it' being just a doctrinal presupposition. As with any reading, the book should be reflected upon through the scope of a biblical worldview. Any temptation to develop some false idea or 'graven image' should naturally be denied. I am not endorsing this book as an actual depiction of God and His personages. I am attempting to stimulate the thought and discussion of His reality.
